August 3rd, 2024 - Rain Make-up Date is Sunday, August 4th.
8:00 am - 10:30 am: U10 & U16
11:00 am - 1:30 pm: U8 & U14
2:00 pm - 4:30 pm: U12 & U18

All tryouts occur at Summit Fields, 37505 Genesee Lake Rd, Summit, WI 53066.
-------IMPORTANT INFORMATION-------
- 2025 Season - Grade/Age Qualifications. (September 1, 2024 – August 31, 2025) A player’s age, as of August 31, 2024, determines the age at which the player is eligible to play the following year.
- Please do not wear any Five O's gear to tryouts, including visors! Your player will receive a numbered T-shirt at check-in, which must be worn for tryouts.
- A parent waiting area will be near the bathrooms, and parents can view tryouts from outside the outfield fences.
- If your player cannot attend the tryout dates provided, you must still complete registration. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
