As a proud member of our non-profit club, you play a vital role in the success and growth of our organization. Our club is operated entirely by dedicated volunteers who generously donate their time and energy to ensure our players have the best possible experience. Without the active involvement of our families, our club simply could not function.

As many of our current volunteers children age out of the club, we invite you to become more involved by participating in our upcoming 2025 season board of directors and committees. Your contribution can make a significant difference in the continued success of our programs.

Board Elections:

Our board elections will be held at our annual meeting on September 9th, and we have the following executive board positions open:

• Treasurer (2-year term)
• Vice President (2-year term)
•  Secretary (1-year term, to fulfill the second half of current secretary's term.)
• At Large Board Members

Committee Openings:

We also have several essential committee positions that need enthusiastic volunteers:

• Concessions Chairperson and Members: Coordinate concession operations for games and events.
•  Developmental League Chairperson: Oversee the developmental program for our youngest players, focusing on skill development and fostering a love for the game.
• Tournament Committee Chairperson & Members: Lead the organization and execution of our two tournaments (Fastpitch/Baseball), ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Indoor Facility Manager: Coordinate maintenance of our indoor facility, providing a space for year-round training and activities.
• Tryout Committee Members: Assist in organizing and conducting tryouts.
•  Fundraising Committee Members: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our club's financial needs and special projects. Plan, run and recruit additional volunteers for events such as our annual Wine, Beer, Bourbon Fundraiser.
  

  Important Dates:

To better understand the responsibilities and impact of these roles, we encourage all interested members to attend our upcoming meeting on August 12th at 7 p.m., upstairs at Cornerstone. This meeting is an excellent opportunity to learn more about how you can contribute and make a difference in our club.
