As we approach our Annual OABC Board Meeting on Monday, September 11th, 2024, we are inviting passionate and dedicated individuals like you to play an active role in shaping the future of our organization.

As an "at-large" board member, you will have the chance to serve our general membership and contribute your time and expertise to advance the goals and objectives of the Oconomowoc Area Baseball Club.

Upcoming Elections and Open Positions
During this year's election, we have several positions available that require your dedicated leadership:

• At-Large Member: This is a two year term, multiple openings, must participate in one committee.
• President: This is a two-year term, Kevin Raasch is running for a second term.
• Secretary: Also a two-year term, Jessica Praeger is running for a second term.
• Vice President: A one-year term to finish out the remainder of Alex Walker's term, who has resigned. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Alex for his dedicated service over the years.

Nomination Process and Deadline
If you are interested in running for any of the "at-large" or officer positions, please submit your nominations. We welcome individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on our organization by volunteering their time, energy, and skill set for the greater good of our community. To become a candidate for the annual election, please reach out by August 28th. Kindly note that according to our bylaws, write-ins are not permitted. Apply Now!

As an all-volunteer organization, our primary goal is to continue providing opportunities for as many children and young adults as possible in the Oconomowoc area. We aim to foster their passion for baseball and fastpitch, nurturing their skills while keeping them connected to their community and playing competitively near their homes.
